They say that change is the only constant thing in the world and that everyone will eventually experience it, one way or another. With this thought presented, it can be understood that all individuals would need to encounter moments wherein they would need to adjust themselves for some things that would happen to them in the near future. These changes may be felt at home, at work, or even in the relationships, they have with others. Whenever there is change, people tend to react differently, mostly based on their level of acceptance with the things or ideas that are being updated or replaced from old with the new. Eric Schiffer suggests to change the teaching methods of company HR department heads and trainers because some conventional methods no longer provide as much impact as expected since their souls are not stirred with any feelings, such as anger, gladness, bliss, excitement, surprise, and others.
Eric Schiffer brings about change in many companies by encouraging people to include feelings whenever trainings, workshops, and meetings are conducted. Although this change may affect every aspect of a business, there is assurance that it would produce positive results to the individuals that would experience this kind of learning. Aside from tapping to their hearts, conscience, desires, dreams, and ambitions, which fuel their drive to excel, perform, and even improve, Mr. Schiffer also recommends to tap the reactions of the people when changes are happening.
